Set Pending From Highs 10 pips above and 10 pips below Lows

I have attempted to program that a buystop and sellstop pending orders will go in 15 pips above the last 2 candles High (buystop) and Low (sellstop). Also I want the opposite order to cancel when a pending is activated. I have had no luck on either working

PO BUY
1M H High + N Number (15)
1M H High [1] + N Number (15)
1M H High [2] + N Number (15)

PO Sell
1M L Low - N Number (15)
1M L Low [1] - N Number (15)
1M L Low [2] - N Number (15)

And Not A Clue On How To Cancel Opposite Order When A Pending Is Hit.
